Citrus Hazelnut Salad


Prep Time: 25 minutes Cook Time: Makes: 6 servings

Dressing 3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons water 2-½ tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 ½ tablespoons Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar 1 clove garlic, pressed ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Salad 2 oranges 1 large pink grapefruit 8 cups torn iceberg lettuce 1 cup red Belgian endive or radicchio, thinly sliced ½ cup toasted chopped hazelnuts


To prepare dressing, blend all ingredients in blender or small food processor until sugar dissolves.

To prepare salad, cut and peel off oranges and grapefruit. Holding over a medium bowl, carefully cut between membranes to release segments. Drizzle with ⅓ of the dressing.

Place lettuce and radicchio in large bowl. Drizzle with remaining dressing and toss to coat.

Transfer to 6 salad bowls and top with the marinated fruit. Sprinkle with nuts and serve immediately.
