Raw or uncooked sashimi and sushi poses a health risk to everyone, especially to the elderly, young children under the age of 4, pregnant women, and other highly susceptible individuals with compromised immune systems.
The first thing that caught my attention was the kintsugi design on the walls. The idea that they incorporated such a beautiful, yet subtle Japanese element was really impactful. The new location is truly a wonderful "repair" of it's former location with the amazing upgrade to the food court and the improvement to the store layout and design. And they still have amazing snacks, fresh fish, fresh food to go, and weekly sales!
Everything is exactly what you think it will be. Fresh fish, amazing soups, beautifully prepared dishes, etc. A humble place. Just go!! You will be so happy you did! Plus, they have an amazing selection of desserts, coffee drinks, water, soda juices, etc. Don’t overthink it. We go often.
I'm so glad that they moved into a much bigger brighter space. They really needed it. And everything is bigger not only the seating area to eat, but also the ordering area and obviously the grocery itself. So this is a huge improvement and incredible.

We use the highest grade Kagayaki rice in our sushi (available in both white and brown varieties). Our seafood freshness is unsurpassed, which elevates our sushi & sashimi quality above the rest.
